ABU DHABI NATINAL OIL COMPANY is seeking an experienced Operation Director to lead the organization’s operations, strategy execution, and performance management in a dynamic environment.

You will drive operational excellence, manage budgets, and develop high-performing teams while partnering with senior leaders across Finance, Sales, HR, Technology, Procurement, and other functions to deliver sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations leadership and business operations
• Proven track record in KPIs, performance management and dashboards
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control skills
• Leadership of multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience with transformation, digitalization, or process improvement

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership and overall direction for operations across the organization.
• Translate business strategy into operational plans with measurable targets.
• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring efficient execution across departments.
