Job summary

Client of Guildhall is seeking a senior marketing professional to build the Dubai marketing function from scratch for a mix of property developments. You will own strategy, digital, social, and CRM, and lead generation across parallel launches in Dubai.

You will work with senior leadership, enjoy autonomy within an established group, and coordinate with sales and vendors to deliver high-quality leads within a fast-paced launch calendar.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years hands-on marketing experience with a Dubai/UAE property developer.
• Track record generating qualified buyer and investor leads for off-plan launches.
• Digital and performance marketing skills: paid social, Google Ads, landing pages.
• Experience integrating CRM systems with sales and lead-nurturing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build the Dubai marketing function from scratch including strategy, digital, social and CRM.
• Own lead generation across several parallel project launches as the pipeline grows.
• Run soft launches, public launches and broker activations for multiple developments.
• Integrate CRM with sales for lead capture, nurturing and conversion tracking.
• Manage marketing vendors and agencies as the local Dubai presence grows.
