Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience in strategy and operations, transformation, or CEO/Chief of Staff support.
- Proven ability to diagnose problems and drive cross-functional solutions.
- Strong governance, planning, and KPI reporting capabilities.
- Hands-on AI capability and ability to explain value and limits.
Responsibilities
- Frame problems, test hypotheses, and diagnose root causes.
- Build business cases and analyses to assess value and risk.
- Prepare executive briefs with decisions and owners.
- Lead initiatives from scope definition through implementation and review.
- Maintain a prioritized CEO Office view linked to owners.
- Drive progress with evidence and recovery plans for delays.
- Run governance and leadership reviews with clear implications.
- Redesign manual processes using AI tools and low-code platforms.
