Overview

As Senior Associate, CEO Office, you will solve priority business problems, lead selected cross-functional initiatives, and improve how the CEO Office operates. The role combines independent analysis and sound business judgment with disciplined program management, practical AI-enabled solutions, and the persistence to see work through to adoption and measurable outcomes. The Chief of Staff sets priorities and provides sponsorship. You will own agreed assignments, resolve routine issues, and recommend decisions requiring escalation, working across Strategy, Finance, Growth, Product, Technology, Delivery, and enabling functions in a fast-moving AI product and deployment environment. Success means priority initiatives progress against clear plans with less day-to-day intervention, risks and overdue commitments are resolved early, leadership has trusted information and clearer choices, and AI-enabled workflows demonstrate measurable gains in time, information quality, or decision speed.

What You'll Own

• Frame ambiguous business problems, test hypotheses, and diagnose root causes using research, data, and stakeholder input; identify the decisions that matter and recommend practical options.


• Build business cases and financial or operational analyses to assess value, feasibility, capacity, and risk; recommend priorities and sequencing, including what to change, defer, or stop.


• Prepare concise executive briefs and decision materials that distinguish evidence from assumptions and make trade-offs, recommendations, accountable owners, and next steps explicit.


• Lead agreed initiatives from scope definition through implementation and outcome review, applying proportionate PMO discipline across integrated workplans, critical paths, milestones, dependencies, RAID management, decision and action tracking, and benefit realization.


• Maintain a trusted, decision-ready view of agreed CEO Office priorities, linked to accountable functional owners and the relevant systems of record.


• Drive follow-through across functions, test reported progress against completed outcomes and supporting evidence, resolve routine blockers, and develop credible recovery plans for delayed or off-track work.


• Run decision-focused governance and leadership reviews, maintain action closure, build alignment across competing interests, and elevate material issues early with a recommendation and clear implications.


• Redesign manual processes and build working prototypes using approved AI tools, automation, low-code platforms, or AI-assisted development, selecting approaches based on business value, reliability, and maintainability.

What We're Looking For

• Relevant experience in strategy and operations, implementation-led consulting, transformation, product or business operations, or a CEO or Chief of Staff office; ownership and outcomes matter more than credentials.


• Evidence of independently diagnosing complex problems and leading solutions through implementation, including recovering delayed initiatives and securing action closure across functions without formal authority.


• Strong command of integrated planning, critical-path management, governance cadences, RAID logs, decision registers, action tracking, KPI reporting, and benefit realization, with the confidence to challenge unsupported status reporting.


• Hands-on AI capability is essential: you have built and tested an AI-enabled workflow or tool used by others and can explain your contribution, its limitations, and the value delivered.


• Strong quantitative and commercial judgment, including business cases, scenario analysis, and performance diagnosis, with confidence working directly with data, spreadsheets, and dashboards.


• The ability to translate business needs into requirements and prototypes with technical teams, supported by sound judgment on AI limitations, data quality, confidentiality, security, and human oversight.


• Excellent executive writing and stakeholder skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively, navigate sensitive issues with discretion, and judge when to act independently or involve the Chief of Staff.


• Reliable follow-through, adaptability, and a collaborative approach; you bring structure to ambiguity, seek feedback early, and improve how work gets done.
