Job summary

Inception42, a G42 company, is seeking a Senior Manager - Investment AI Platform to translate how investment professionals screen opportunities, conduct diligence, and monitor portfolios into product requirements. You will work with product, engineering, AI, growth, and client investment teams in a fast-moving environment with high ownership and no direct reports at hire.

The role combines deep product contribution with significant client-facing remit, representing (in)Alpha to private equity,

Qualifications

6+ years in private equity, private credit, growth equity, or institutional investment environment.
Experience preparing and defending investment committee materials, including memo authorship and LBO analysis.
Familiarity with data rooms, diligence trackers, peer benchmarking, decision frameworks, and portfolio reporting packs.
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Define how (in)Alpha modules should behave against real investment practice.
Author and maintain reference artefacts guiding product development (memos, diligence sets, criteria, benchmarks).
Backlog refinement with product and engineering; resolve practitioner questions before features are built.
Quality-control AI outputs: memos, summaries, metrics; ensure traceability and source citation.
Lead design-partner relationships and conduct demonstrations with funds and institutional investors.
Support deployments by configuring templates, taxonomies, and evaluation criteria within the platform.
