Key Responsibilities

• Process daily data entry tasks related to stock management, cash handling, and store operations with high accuracy
• Coordinate with Buying, Merchandising, and Logistics teams to ensure correct inventory records
• Act as a liaison between MENA retail stores and the regional office for maintenance, IT approvals, and operational support
• Raise and track store requests through Ariba as the single point of contact
• Manage SAP transactions to maintain system integrity and meet service level agreements
• Update Retail Pro records including receipts, promotions, and product descriptions
• Support IT integration, refurbishment, standardization, and new store opening projects across the region
• Maintain clear communication with store teams to ensure smooth operational flow

Ideal Profile
