Wall Street English in Dubai seeks a Center Sales Manager to lead the center's business, operations, and service excellence. You will head a multicultural team to deliver premium English language education while driving ambitious commercial targets.

You will oversee daily operations, mentor the sales team, and collaborate with the service manager to ensure a seamless student experience and strong center performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, including at least 2 years in a sales management role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
• Experience managing a P&L and center-wide operations.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
• Experience in a premium B2C sales environment (preferred).
• Experience working in a franchise model (advantageous).
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle KPIs and reporting across multiple departments.
• Comfortable working with targets and maintaining high service standards.
• Culturally sensitive, with a collaborative leadership style.
• Leadership position within a globally recognized English education brand.
