Job summary

Flip Retail in Dubai is seeking a Cashier & Host to welcome guests, sell tickets, and promote admission packages while delivering excellent service.

You will handle guest inquiries, assist with events, and maintain a friendly, energetic, and professional presence on shift; fluency in English is required, Arabic is a plus, and you should be comfortable working six days a week including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales or customer-facing role.
• Willing to work 6 days a week including weekends/holidays.
• Pleasant personality, great communication and service mindset.
• Team player, able to resolve problems independently.
• Energetic, personable and positive.
• Able to handle difficult situations and multitask.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Radio usage and responding to commands with background noise during shift.

The Cashier welcomes and assists Guests, offers tickets, up-sells admission packages, and promotions, assists with special occasions and also orientations, supplies basic information, as well as deals with any type of Visitor questions while supplying the greatest Service Quality experience possible.

• Fundamental Certifications:1-2 years of experience in a retail sales setting or customer-facing operation in Motif Parks, Journey sports, or enjoyment trip industry
• Comfy to work 6 days a week consisting of weekends/holidays
• Pleasing individuality, Great communication skills & service way of thinking
• A team gamer and also be able to resolve troubles separately
• Energised, individual, positive, positive
• Be able to take care of difficult scenarios and also have the ability to execute several jobs at once
• Fluent in English. Proficiency in conversational Arabic would certainly be a benefit
• Usage radio and react to commands with background sound, throughout of the shift.
