Job summary

Flip Retail in Dubai is seeking a Cashier & Host to welcome guests, sell tickets, and promote admission packages while delivering excellent service.

You will handle guest inquiries, assist with events, and maintain a friendly, energetic, and professional presence on shift; fluency in English is required, Arabic is a plus, and you should be comfortable working six days a week including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales or customer-facing role.
• Willing to work 6 days a week including weekends/holidays.
• Pleasant personality, great communication and service mindset.
• Team player, able to resolve problems independently.
• Energetic, personable and positive.
• Able to handle difficult situations and multitask.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Radio usage and responding to commands with background noise during shift.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests, offer tickets and promote admission packages.
• Upsell admission packages and promotions.
• Assist with special occasions and orientations.
• Provide basic information and answer visitor questions, ensuring high service quality.
