We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Cashier / Teller to handle daily financial transactions, maintain cash accuracy, and provide a professional customer experience within an exchange-house environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Handle cash accurately and maintain proper transaction records.
• Verify customer identification and documentation as per company and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
• Identify and elevate suspicious or potentially fraudulent transactions.
• Follow applicable AML / KYC and compliance procedures.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide information on available products and services.
• Maintain accuracy while handling high volumes of transactions.
• Ensure a professional and customer-friendly experience at all times.
• Follow internal policies, procedures, and cash-handling controls.
• Support branch operations and other teller-related activities as required.

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma / Degree in Finance, Business, or related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a Cashier, Teller, Exchange House Teller, Bank Teller, or Customer Service Representative is preferred.
• Strong numerical and cash-handling ability.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of AML / KYC requirements is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
• Must be flexible to work in shifts.
• Must be flexible to relocate as per operational requirements.
• Good command of English.
