Job summary

Al Dahab Exchange in Dubai is seeking a diligent Currency Exchange Associate to handle foreign currency exchange and remittance transactions with accuracy and integrity. You will manage cash balances, deliver excellent customer service, and build strong client relationships in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates possess a bachelor's degree in business-related fields, prior sales or customer service experience, and outstanding communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.
• Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in exchange or financial services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform foreign currency exchange and remittance transactions accurately.
