Job summary

Etihad Airways in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Manager Cargo Revenue Management to own cargo revenue for the region, leading Revenue Analysts to optimize the portfolio and maximize freighter, belly, and RFS utilization. You will collaborate with Network Planning, Commercial, Operations, and Pricing to align actions with strategy and drive RM system rollout.

Lead RM system rollout, refine RM frameworks (SCB and Entry Conditions), and manage a regional portfolio.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, or another numerate discipline, or equivalent professional experience in Inventory or Revenue Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Revenue Analysts managing a regional portfolio of routes.
• Monitor portfolio KPIs (LF, SCB) and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee capacity utilization and contribution across the assigned area.
• Coordinate with Operations to align FBLs to constraints, minimizing offloads and supporting FAP performance.
• Lead RM system rollout (training/adoption) and feed improvements to optimize UX and workflow integration.
• Support and/or lead strategic initiatives within the RM department, including seasonal planning and dashboard enhancements.
