Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience with Revenue Management systems, statistical modeling, or operations research.
Hands-on experience with system integration, product lifecycle management, and UAT.
Experience with analytical and automation tools such as Python, R, Databricks, or Tableau.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of system enhancements, bug fixes, and feature rollouts, collaborating with digital, commercial, and operational teams.
Own the product roadmap by translating business needs into system functionalities and ensuring adoption across departments.
Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), guiding stakeholders on test scenarios and deployment of updates.
Monitor and analyze user behavior within the system to refine usage strategies and enhance performance.
Drive automation and analytics to enable smarter revenue decisions.
