Job summary

Simone's Tutoring is seeking a Career Coach to assist students and young adults in exploring career paths, clarifying goals, and building essential professional skills. You will deliver personalised career exploration, CV coaching, and interview preparation services.

You will conduct assessments, guide pathway planning, coach CVs and LinkedIn profiles, and provide interview practice while helping clients navigate the UAE job market and global opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, HR, education or related field.
• MOHRE Tutor Permit or eligibility to obtain.
• Career coaching certification (ICF, CIPD or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years career coaching or HR advisory experience.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Career Coach to support students and young adults in exploring career pathways, clarifying professional goals, and building the skills needed to succeed in their chosen field. You will provide personalised career exploration, CV coaching, and interview preparation services.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct career interest and strengths assessments

Guide students in career exploration and pathway planning

Coach students in CV writing, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles

Provide interview coaching and mock interview practice

Support students in understanding the UAE job market and global careers

Advise on degree selection and career-relevant qualifications

Help students develop professional communication and networking skills

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Education, or related field

MOHRE Tutor Permit or eligibility to obtain

Career coaching certification (e.g. ICF, CIPD, or equivalent)

Minimum 2 years career coaching or HR advisory experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience coaching students in secondary school or university transitions

Knowledge of the UAE employment landscape

UAE Licensing Requirements

Tutors and educational specialists operating in the UAE are required to hold a valid MOHRE Tutor Permit or equivalent work authorisation. Applicants must hold, or be eligible to obtain, the relevant permit before providing in-person services. Please ensure compliance with UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation regulations.

Applicants must be legally authorised to work in the UAE through one of the following:

Own UAE Employment Visa

Green Visa

Freelance Permit

Dependent Visa with legal work eligibility

Any other valid UAE work authorisation
