Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to own and co-own recurring performance reports, coordination of standups, and onboarding of new teammates. You will work across CRM, ATS, and dialer systems to keep hiring operations efficient.

You will coach team members on search quality, caregiver outreach, and vetting decisions, while monitoring queues and driving process improvements to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in staffing, recruiting coordination, scheduling, or workforce operations.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.
• Experience guiding, training, or mentoring teammates.
• Proficiency with CRM, ATS, or dialers.
• Ability to analyze program data and summarize key takeaways.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Own or co-own recurring performance reports including fill rate, time-to-fill, and SLA adherence.
• Prepare agendas and co-facilitate team standups and program-specific working sessions.
• Onboard and train newly hired team members on core systems.
• Provide real-time coaching on search quality, caregiver outreach, and vetting decisions.
• Support high-priority and escalated searches to fulfill fulfillment.
• First-level resource for team questions and issue resolution.
• Monitor queue health across contact-center and workforce-management systems.
• Collect feedback on workflow barriers and contribute to process improvement.
