Job summary

Habitat Health is seeking an onboarding coordinator to drive pre-boarding, onboarding workflows, and calendar scheduling across locations. You will coordinate logistics with facilitators, IT, hiring managers and new hires, while ensuring accurate records and audit readiness.

In this role you will generate regular reports for leadership, assist with process improvements, and act as the first point of contact for questions about policies, benefits, and onboarding, enabling a smooth, compliant

Qualifications

• 3+ years in administrative or operational roles.
• Experience with HR systems Rippling and Greenhouse Onboarding.
• Proficient with Outlook calendar and Excel.
• Strong data accuracy and system hygiene.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, friendly communication; discretion with sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Monitor task completion and progress across pre-boarding and onboarding workflows.
• Schedule orientation sessions and manage the orientation calendar across all locations.
• Coordinate logistics with facilitators, IT, hiring managers, and new hires.
• Audit people systems for accuracy and correct data discrepancies.
• Maintain clean, reliable records to ensure audit readiness.
• Generate regular and ad hoc reports for leadership.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for team member questions regarding policies, benefits, and onboarding.
• Support the People Team on process improvement initiatives and system implementations.
