Job summary

AI Acquisition is seeking a Client Onboarding Coordinator to help new customers move through the first steps of their journey. This hands-on, client-facing role focuses on phone communication, fast responses, and consistent follow-up to ensure bookings, preparation, and progress through onboarding.

You will not deliver the formal intro calls; you will coordinate, follow up, and resolve basic platform access issues, all in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client-facing roles such as Customer Support, Customer Success or Onboarding.
• Strong spoken and written English with professional phone communication.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Contact new customers quickly after purchase, aim to reach the first phone call within 30 minutes.
• Welcome customers, explain next steps, and book/confirm Intro and Onboarding calls.
• Follow up by phone, SMS, and email when customers do not respond.
• Assist customers with platform access and required setup before calls.
• Resolve simple login/booking issues and escalate complex concerns as needed.
• Keep accurate notes of interactions and progress, ensuring ongoing follow-up until onboarding is complete.
