Job summary

Royal Mode LLC in Dubai seeks a friendly Customer Service Agent fluent in Arabic and English. You will be the first point of contact across calls, WhatsApp, email and social media for enquiries, bookings and support.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, quotations, reservations, extensions and cancellations, explaining terms and options, coordinating with operations, resolving complaints, and maintaining accurate records. UAE licence required.

Qualifications

• Native Arabic speaker with excellent spoken and written Arabic
• High-level professional English, spoken and written
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Knowledge of UAE geography and rental regulations
• UAE driving licence and willingness to learn company processes

We are a growing UAE car rental company looking for a friendly, professional Customer Service Agent who is a native Arabic speaker with high-level professional English. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling enquiries, bookings and support by phone, WhatsApp, email and social media.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls, WhatsApp, email and social media messages in English and Arabic
• - Handle car rental enquiries, quotations, reservations, extensions and cancellations
• - Explain rental terms, deposits, insurance, mileage, Salik/fines and payment options clearly
• - Coordinate with the operations team on vehicle availability, delivery and collection
• - Resolve complaints and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• - Keep accurate customer and booking records
• - Offer add-ons such as child seats, GPS, extra insurance and longer rental plans

Requirements:

• Native Arabic speaker (mother tongue) with excellent spoken and written Arabic
• - High-level professional English, spoken and written (mandatory)
• - 1+ year of customer service experience, ideally in car rental, hospitality or travel
• - Good knowledge of UAE geography and rental regulations
• - Strong communication, patience and problem-solving skills
• - Comfortable with Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business and CRM tools
• Online marketing skills (Google Ads, SEO basics, email campaigns)
• - Social media management experience (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn): posting content, replying to comments and DMs, basic Canva/video editing
• - UAE driving licence
