Job summary

REAP is seeking a proactive Sales Executive for a car accessories shop in Sanaiya, Al Ain. The role combines in-store customer service with outbound WhatsApp and social media sales, managing enquiries, following up leads, and converting interest into confirmed sales.

You will own leads, maintain CRM records, and drive customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong English communication and Arabic would be an advantage, with proven ability to close sales and meet targets in a busy retail

Qualifications

• Minimum sales experience in automotive retail is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in handling WhatsApp, social media, and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to enquiries received through telephone, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, TikTok, and marketing campaigns.
• Make outbound calls to interested customers and handle inbound sales enquiries professionally.
• Understand customers vehicle details, requirements, preferences and budgets before recommending suitable accessories or services.
• Explain product features, pricing, availability and installation options clearly.
• Prepare quotations and follow up through calls and messages to secure confirmed orders.
• Record customer details, enquiry sources, conversation notes, quotations and next actions in the CRM.
• Conduct second and subsequent follow-ups ensuring interested customers receive timely responses.
• Welcome walk-in customers, demonstrate products and identify opportunities for additional sales.
• Coordinate with the shop and installation team to confirm product availability, bookings, and delivery timelines.
• Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
• Provide regular updates on enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, confirmed sales and conversion performance.
• Work towards agreed sales targets and recommend ways to improve enquiry conversion.
