Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to enquiries via telephone, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, TikTok and campaigns.
• Make outbound calls and handle inbound sales enquiries professionally.
• Understand customer vehicle details, requirements, preferences and budgets before recommending accessories or services.
• Explain product features, pricing, availability and installation options.
• Prepare quotations and follow up to secure orders.
• Record customer details, enquiry sources, notes, quotations and next actions in the CRM.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure timely responses.
• Welcome walk-in customers, demonstrate products and identify upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate with shop and installation team on availability, bookings and delivery timelines.
• Build lasting relationships and encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
• Provide updates on enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and conversions.
• Work towards sales targets and suggest ways to improve conversion.

Job Summary

REAP is currently looking to hire a Sales Executives for one of its client who are proactive, customer-focused Sales Executive with Arabic & English fluency for a car accessories shop in Sanaiya, Al Ain.

The successful candidate will manage customer enquiries, follow up on sales leads, recommend suitable products and services, and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.

This role combines shop-based customer service with telephone, WhatsApp, and social media sales. The successful candidate should take ownership of every lead, maintain accurate records, and consistently follow through to close sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to enquiries received through telephone, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, TikTok, and marketing campaigns.
• Make outbound calls to interested customers and handle inbound sales enquiries professionally.
• Understand customers' vehicle details, requirements, preferences, and budgets before recommending suitable accessories or services.

• Conduct second and subsequent follow-ups, ensuring interested customers receive timely responses.
• Welcome walk-in customers, demonstrate products, and identify opportunities for additional sales.
• Coordinate with the shop and installation team to confirm product availability, bookings, and delivery timelines.
• Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
• Provide regular updates on enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, confirmed sales, and conversion performance.
• Work towards agreed sales targets and recommend ways to improve enquiry conversion.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience in car accessories, automotive retail, vehicle customization, or a related business is preferred.
• Proven ability to follow up with leads, negotiate professionally, and close sales.
• Confident telephone manner and strong customer-service skills.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, social media messaging platforms, and CRM systems.
• Ability to learn product specifications and explain them accurately to customers.
• Organized, persistent, and able to manage multiple enquiries without missing follow-ups.
• Good English communication; Arabic communication skills would be an advantage.
• Willingness to work full-time in Sanaiya, Al Ain.
