Job summary

Sundus Global in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly experienced CAPEX Procurement Coordinator to join a government entity. The role focuses on capital equipment, machinery and industrial materials, with a strong emphasis on RFQs, RFPs, POs and supplier sourcing.

You will coordinate with engineering, finance and project teams to optimize costs, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure on-time delivery within ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Qualifications

• Minimum mandatory industry experience in Manufacturing, Aviation, or Oil & Gas.
• Proven CAPEX procurement experience for capital equipment and industrial materials.
• Strong RFQ/RFP, PO management, supplier sourcing, and vendor evaluation.
• Experience in supplier negotiations, cost optimization, and procurement planning.
• Ability to coordinate with engineering, finance, and project teams.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

We are looking for a highly experienced CAPEX Procurement Coordinator to join a prestigious government entity in Abu Dhabi.

Key Requirements:

• MANDATORY INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE in at least one of the following sectors: Manufacturing, Aviation, Oil & Gas
• Proven experience in CAPEX procurement, capital equipment, machinery, and industrial materials.
• Strong knowledge of RFQS, RFPs, purchase orders, supplier sourcing, and vendor evaluation.
• Experience in supplier negotiations, cost optimization, and procurement planning.
• Ability to coordinate with engineering, finance, and project teams.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
