We are looking for a skilled professional with hands-on experience in SAP Ariba, bidding, tendering, and procurement activities.

Location: Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end bidding and tendering processes using SAP Ariba.
• Create and manage RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs.
• Handle e-sourcing events and reverse auctions.
• Coordinate with vendors for bid submissions, clarifications, and negotiations.
• Evaluate technical and commercial bids and prepare bid comparison statements.
• Manage supplier onboarding, vendor coordination, and procurement documentation.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and tendering procedures.

Required Skills:

• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba.
• Industry experience in Military & Defence, Manufacturing, or Oil & Gas is highly Required.
• Practical experience in bidding, tendering, and sourcing activities.
• Knowledge of RFQs, RFPs, reverse auctions, and vendor management.
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
