Job summary

Ajman University in the United Arab Emirates is seeking personnel to support faculty in delivering quality teaching. The role involves planning, preparing, and implementing daily teaching activities, and developing classroom aids under faculty guidance.

The candidate should have a Bachelor degree in a related field with 2–3 years of teaching experience, strong communication, adequate English proficiency, and an active UAE teaching license (MOH/DHA/DOH).

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in a related field from a reputed university.
2–3 years' teaching experience.
Strong communication skills and adequate English proficiency.
Active practice license in UAE (MOH/DHA/ DOH).

Responsibilities

Provide support to the faculty/instructor to ensure a safe and stimulating educational environment.
Assist in planning, preparation and implementation of daily teaching/learning activities.
Assist in planning, preparing, and developing various teaching aids for classroom use.
Plan and develop teaching aids, including activity sheets and handouts.
Present subject matter to students under supervision using discussions and role-playing.
Assist students, individually or in groups, with assignments to reinforce concepts.
Help students and researchers in conducting experiments and projects.
Assist faculty in student advising activities.
May participate in recruitment of volunteers as appropriate.
Participate in Community Engagement services.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
