Job summary

Ajman University seeks a dedicated Sports Activities Supervisor to oversee intramural programs, supervise coaches, and ensure safe, well-organized events across campus facilities. You will plan tryouts, coordinate schedules, maintain incident reports, and promote student participation while upholding competitive sports policies and safety standards.

This role reports to the Manager of Athletics. Excellent English and Arabic communication, strong organizational skills, and 3–5 years' experience

Qualifications

• Must have a physical education degree or diploma.
• First Aid certification (provided if needed).
• Three to five years of previous experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement sports tryouts, training sessions, intramurals and friendly games.
• Organize many sports events & competitions.
• Motivate students to take part in sports teams.
• Supervise and assist sports coaches; follow up on their contracts.
• Monitor progress of team members; ensure safety.
• Maintain incident reports and safety procedures.
• Promote recruitment of Competitive Sports members.
• Maintain master calendar of events and meetings.
