Job summary

Familia Dental is seeking a dependable Call Center Inbound Agent to greet and schedule patients with compassion and efficiency. You will be the first impression, handling inquiries and ensuring accurate data entry while maintaining professional communication.

Ideal candidates are goal-oriented, with strong computer skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced health field. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and remote work options may be available based on performance.

Job Description

The Call Center Inbound Agent ensures every patient calling in for a dental appointment is greeted, listened-to and scheduled in a compassionate, timely and professional manner. This position is our first impression between the company and the patients.

Responsibilities / Job Duties

• Provide excellent customer service to all patients calling in
• Answer phone calls
• Schedule appointments based on needs of patients and availability of providers
• Assist in answering general inquiries from patients
• Listen to patients while applying our processes and procedures
• Look for solutions to our patients’ challenges

Requirements

• Dependable and able to be on time

• Able to speak on the phone and provide excellent customer service
• Ability to recognize and be sensitive to patients' emotions
• Exceptional customer/patient service skills (Customer/patient focused attitude)

• Accurately enter patient information, data, and records into system

• High school Diploma or equivalent

Other Qualifications / Skill Sets

• Strong Computer Skills – Ability to maneuver within multiple computer systems at once
• Proficient in computer applications and software, including Microsoft Office
• Prior experience with Denticon or similar scheduling system
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Organizational and time management skills
• Effective problem solving abilities
• Detail Oriented
• Prior Customer Service/ Call Center experience is strongly preferred but not required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!

Hours & Availability

Office Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Monday - Saturday
• 40 hours a week
• 1 day off during the week
