Role Overview: Battmobile is seeking a Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative to join its team in Dubai. This position focuses on managing inbound customer inquiries, dispatching service requests, addressing automotive service questions, and delivering high-quality customer care for onsite emergency and preventive auto maintenance.

The selected candidate will handle call volumes, record detailed service requests in the CRM platform, coordinate scheduling with field dispatch teams, and identify cross-selling opportunities to support service targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Field inbound customer calls, answer service inquiries, and detail pricing, policies, and technician availability.
• Create, update, and manage customer service logs and records within the CRM database.
• Coordinate with dispatch agents and technical teams to assign field technicians and schedule service calls.
• Follow up on service appointments, track progress, and manage customer satisfaction queries.
• Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex operational issues to supervisory staff as needed.
• Upsell relevant auto maintenance packages and contribute to overall sales and service delivery metrics.

Skills & Experience Required

• Education & Credentials: High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional higher education credentials are an advantage.
• Professional Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in call center operations, customer care, telesales, or automotive service dispatching.
• Technical & Soft Skills: CRM system navigation, call handling procedures, complaint resolution, problem-solving, and adaptability to rotating shift schedules (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).
