Job summary

Dhaba in Abu Dhabi is seeking a creative, guest-focused Bartender to join our pre-opening team and bring Indian flavours to life behind the bar. Reporting to the Bar Supervisor and Restaurant Manager, you will deliver exceptional beverage service and craft drinks to the Dhaba standard.

You will develop signature cocktails, engage guests with warmth, manage bar inventory, process orders, and uphold hygiene and responsible alcohol service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Bartender or Mixologist in premium casual, fine dining or lounge settings.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits and bar operations.
• Creativity in crafting drinks with consistency in every serve.
• Excellent communication and a positive, energetic personality.
• UAE experience and alcohol service certification preferred.
• Fluent English; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to Dhaba recipes and standards
• Create signature cocktails inspired by Indian flavours and the Dhaba story
• Engage guests with warmth, product knowledge and professionalism
• Contribute to bar menu development and seasonal updates
• Manage bar inventory, restocking and requisitions
• Process orders, payments and POS entries accurately
• Keep the bar clean, organised and guest-ready at all times
• Follow hygiene, safety and responsible alcohol service standards

The Role
