MPC Healthcare in Dubai seeks an HR Business Partner with hands-on C&B and HRIS expertise. You will partner with leaders, benchmark salaries in UAE, prepare offers, analyze workforce costs and deliver data-driven HR reporting.

The successful candidate will bring 5–8 years HR experience including UAE exposure, strong analytical and stakeholder skills, and working knowledge of UAE Labour Law. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including UAE experience.
• Hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits, salary benchmarking and offers.
• Strong understanding of UAE salary structures, allowances and Cost-to-Company calculations.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and HR reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups, compensation analysis).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and evaluate salary offers for new hires, promotions, transfers and retention cases.
• Conduct UAE salary benchmarking using market surveys and internal structures.
• Develop accurate Cost-to-Company calculations including basic salary, allowances and benefits.
• Analyze salary adjustments, pay gaps, and salary structures for financial impact.
• Support annual compensation reviews, incentive schemes, benefits administration and grading exercises.
• Partner with Finance and leaders to ensure compensation aligns with budgets.
• Identify compensation inconsistencies and propose practical solutions.
• Act as HR partner to assigned functions on workforce planning, recruitment, and employee matters.
• Advise managers on UAE Labour Law and employment practices.
• Support organizational changes, internal movements, retention and performance initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Payroll and Finance for service delivery.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to managers and senior leadership.
• Maintain and analyze HR data within HRIS platforms and dashboards.
• Ensure data accuracy between HRIS, payroll and reporting systems.
