Job summary

Dorchester Collection in Dubai is seeking a professional Butler to join our luxury hotel team. You will deliver personalized service, anticipate guest needs, and coordinate with Front Office and F&B to exceed expectations.

Requirements include at least 1 year in a luxury 5-star brand; certification as a Butler is essential. Pre-opening or Middle East experience is advantageous. Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and personalized service to ensure guests receive the best experience.
• Knowledgeable of in-suite services, technology, and amenities; hotel services and city activities.
• Ensure allocated guest rooms are ready on time and all special requests are prepared.
• Collaborate with front office and Food & Beverage to manage guest requests.
• Receive guests in a professional and friendly manner and exceed expectations from arrival to departure.
• Act as a point of contact for guests during their stay and assist with arrangements.
• Assist guests with packing/unpacking and in-room service coordination with other departments.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of work areas and equipment.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible to provide professional and personalized service to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• You should be knowledgeable of in-suite services technology and amenities hotel services and city-wide activities.
• You will ensure the allocated guest rooms are ready on time and all special requests have been prepared.
• Work with other departments notably front office and Food amp Beverage to manage our guests requests.
• Receive guests in a professional and friendly manner exceeding guest expectations from arrival through to departure.
• Act as a point of contact for the guest during their stay assisting with any arrangements or requests of the guests.
• You will be responsible for packing unpacking serving Food amp Beverage requirements in the room and liaising with other departments to have seamless access and service to the suite rooms.
• You will assist guests and handle any guest concerns in a professional manner and ensure a positive outcome.
• Responsible for the cleanliness and proper handling of assigned work areas equipment and materials.
