Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Wash and peel fruits and vegetables; weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards; operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers.
• Monitor food quality, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety procedures.
• Stand/walk for extended periods; move and lift items up to 25 pounds.
• Assist with set-up and break down of work station and maintain professional appearance.
