Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review portfolio analysis and strategy reports from China-based RE team.
• Provide insights and suggestions for improvement.
• Execute portfolio analysis and strategy reports biannually.
• Provide market insights to support decision-making.
• Manage leasing project progress and monitor risks.
• Select brokers/consultants based on expertise and budgets.
• Identify lease expirations to initiate renewals or negotiations.
• Collect and verify project documents and market information.
• Archive negotiation documents and maintain standardization.
• Monitor negotiation processes for compliance.
• Gather technical indicators of buildings during lease changes.
• Develop and implement efficient processes and playbooks.

Job description

What your day-to-day will look like

• Review the portfolio analysis and strategy report developed by the RE team based in China
• Provide valuable insights and suggestions for improvement
• Execute the portfolio analysis and strategy report twice a year ensuring its accuracy and timely delivery
• Provide market insights and trends on a quarterly or semi-yearly basis to support effective decision-making
• Manage leasing project progress including monitoring risks and ensuring project milestones are met
• Select the best brokers and consultants based on their expertise and track fees to ensure compliance with established budgets
• Proactively identify lease expiration dates in order to initiate early lease renewal or negotiation processes
• Collect crucial documents such as the Space Requirement Approval Form and market information sources
• Archive negotiation process documents including the original information of the landlord and ensure adherence to standardization protocols
• Monitor the negotiation process to verify compliance such as restricting email communications to a maximum of two employees
• Collect and verify technical indicators of buildings during new lease or lease change scenarios
• Develop and implement efficient processes including playbooks RACI matrices and standard and market best practices
• Continuously review and improve transaction management processes to optimize their effectiveness efficiency and alignment with the organization s strategic objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in Mandarin
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience at the Senior Analyst to Assistant Manager level.
• Strong understanding of portfolio analysis, strategy development, and market research.
• Experience in leasing project management, risk assessment, and broker selection.
• Proficiency in collecting and managing project-related documents and information.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client-focused, fast-paced environment
