Job summary

OnTime Group, a UAE-based service provider with 19 years of experience, seeks a sales professional to drive lead generation and close business set-up services for corporate and government clients in the UAE. You will conduct cold calls, manage tenders, and ensure profitability through commercial evaluation.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 2–5 years relevant experience, excellent negotiation and relationship skills, and strong planning and CRM usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–5 years of sales experience in a similar role.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Proven key account and senior relationship management skills.
• History of exceeding targets and KPIs.
• Experience preparing complex tender submissions.
• Excellent planning, analytical and time management skills.

Requirements
