Qualifications

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Business Setup Advisor to guide entrepreneurs, investors, and companies through the process of establishing and expanding their businesses in the UAE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding clients’ business requirements, recommending suitable company structures and jurisdictions, explaining licensing and regulatory requirements, and managing the client journey from initial consultation through successful business setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective clients to understand their business activities, objectives, ownership structure, and investment requirements.
• Advise clients on suitable mainland, free zone, and offshore business setup options where applicable.
• Explain company formation procedures, trade licenses, visas, corporate structures, and other relevant requirements.
• Prepare and present customized business setup proposals and quotations.
• Convert leads into clients through effective consultation, follow-up, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Coordinate with internal teams, government authorities, free zones, banks, PRO teams, and other service providers to facilitate company formation.
• Collect and verify required client documentation and ensure applications are complete and accurate.
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the setup process and provide timely updates.
• Identify opportunities for additional services such as visa processing, corporate banking assistance, accounting, tax, PRO, insurance, and other business support services.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client communications, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay updated on UAE business setup regulations, licensing requirements, free zone developments, visa regulations, and relevant government procedures.
• Build strong long-term relationships with clients and generate referrals and repeat business.
• Handle client concerns professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in UAE business setup, company formation, corporate services, real estate, banking, or a related consultative sales role.
• Strong understanding of UAE mainland and free zone business setup processes.
• Proven experience in sales, lead conversion, and achieving targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-service and relationship-management abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• UAE market experience is highly preferred.
