Job summary

Recvia in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an experienced Business Process Owner to own end-to-end processes across the organisation and drive continuous improvement in a major transformation programme.

The role focuses on Real Estate, asset management and cross-functional collaboration with technology and operations to enhance governance, performance and delivery of initiatives, with a competitive AED 16,000–22,000 monthly package.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Process Owner, Process Excellence Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong experience within Real Estate, Property Management or Asset Management environments.
• Experience working with Salesforce and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end business processes across the organisation.
• Define process KPIs and monitor performance against objectives.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive efficiencies.
• Collaborate with technology, operational and business teams to implement enhancements.
• Ensure governance, regulatory, and internal standards compliance.

We are partnering with a leading organisation in Ras Al Khaimah that is undergoing a significant business and technology transformation programme and is seeking an experienced Business Process Owner to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a process-driven professional with Real Estate experience who can take ownership of end-to-end business processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to enhance operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end business processes across the organisation
• Define process KPIs and monitor performance against business objectives
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive efficiencies
• Collaborate with technology, operational and business teams to implement enhancements
• Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory and internal standards
• Act as the key escalation point for process-related challenges
• Support business transformation and digitalisation initiatives
• Engage with senior stakeholders to align process strategy with business goals

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience as a Business Process Owner, Process Excellence Manager, Business Analyst, Process Analyst or similar role
• Strong experience within a Real Estate, Property Management or Asset Management environment

Experience working with: Salesforce; SAP

• Strong stakeholder management and process improvement experience
• Ability to work across multiple departments and transformation projects
