Qualifications

• Experience in business process automation, workflow optimisation or reporting transformation.
• Practical coding experience using Python, SQL or comparable technologies.
• Experience working with APIs, databases and application integrations.
• Familiarity with Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query and DAX would be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of construction and procurement processes and the dependencies between them.
• Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce and construction or project-management platforms.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience within real estate development, construction, engineering or another project-led organisation.

Job description

A leading real estate development organisation in Dubai is seeking a Business Process Automation & Executive Reporting Lead to work directly with the CEO.

The role will identify opportunities to automate reporting and business processes across multiple complex verticals. The successful candidate will understand how these functions interact, identify manual or fragmented workflows, and develop practical solutions that integrate with existing systems and applications.

This is not a traditional Data Analyst or full-time Software Developer position. We are looking for someone who can understand business problems, translate them into technical requirements and personally develop automation solutions using coding, APIs and workflow tools.

Key Responsibilities
