Job summary

AW Rostamani Group is seeking a Process Excellence professional to drive process discovery, mapping, and digitisation initiatives across automotive, real estate, retail, and other divisions in the UAE.

You'll develop As-Is/To-Be models, identify automation opportunities, and translate insights into concrete business requirements while aligning with ISO/EFQM style excellence frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a background in quality management, performance management or consulting. Knowledge of improvement tools such as Six Sigma desirable.
• Business Analysis, BPMN, Lean Six Sigma, process management or project-management certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate process discovery and improvement workshops with AWR process owners and subject-matter experts to understand scope, stakeholders, systems, controls, risks, pain points and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain standardised As-Is and To-Be process maps, narratives, RACI/SIPOC views where relevant, and supporting evidence using approved AWR templates, BPMN standards and the Enterprise Architecture repository.
• Analyse root causes, non-value-added activities, control gaps and automation opportunities; translate findings into practical improvement recommendations and business requirements for AWR digitisation initiatives.
• Analyse and document functional, process, data, control and reporting requirements for digitisation initiatives such as ERP, CRM, procurement and workflow solutions.
• Deliver process-oriented training for AWR stakeholders to support the implementation and adoption of new or amended policies, processes and ways of working.
• Support AWR corporate policies, procedures, SOPs and forms, including drafting, owner coordination, review, standardisation, approval tracking, coding, version control and publication.
• Maintain accurate and current approved policies and processes in the AWR Portal, Enterprise Architecture repository and Document Master List, ensuring accessibility, consistency and traceability.
• Support the definition and monitoring of SMART process KPIs, baselines, milestone status and improvement benefits, including cycle time, policy review timeliness and overdue owner actions.
• Coordinate with AWR corporate departments, business units and process/policy owners to validate deliverables, close actions and support implementation and awareness activities.

Work experience

• Experience: 4- 6 years’ experience in a similar role Excellent knowledge of the latest and leading practices in process management methods and technologies.

Competencies

• Proficiency in MS Office and tools such as Power BI, Business Intelligence etc.
• Knowledge in performing audits on quality, process, compliance etc.
• Knowledge of Excellence models such as ISO, EFQM, DQA etc

Languages

• English: fluent written and spoken communication required.
• Arabic: advantageous
