Job summary

AW Rostamani Holdings LLC is seeking a results-driven Business Analyst to analyze logistics operations and identify efficiency gaps. You will collaborate with Operations, Finance, and IT to document requirements for system enhancements and build dashboards to drive performance.

The role requires 3–4 years in business analysis within logistics or supply chain, with strong Excel/Power BI and ERP (Oracle/SAP) skills. UAE familiarity and excellent communication are advantages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering or Operations Management with added qualification in business and data analytics.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in business analysis, ideally in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
• Familiarity with UAE logistics landscape and regulatory requirements is advantageous.
• Experience with WMS, TMS, Freight Forwarding Systems is advantageous.
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar).
• Understanding of SQL queries and development of data driven dashboards.
• Experience documenting business processes and improvement frameworks.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business operations and logistics processes to identify gaps and improvement areas across the supply chain.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, IT to document and validate requirements for new projects or system enhancements.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision-making and performance tracking.
• Drive cost-benefit analyses and financial modelling for logistics solutions and strategies.
• Monitor logistics performance data to identify trends and issues impacting efficiency.
• Support implementation of logistics systems and automation tools.
• Lead business reviews, workshops, and process-mapping sessions.
• Work with IT and data teams to build digital solutions for streamlined workflows.
• Conduct competitor and market research to benchmark best practices.
