Job summary

AW Rostamani Group, Dubai-based, seeks an experienced Training Specialist to design and deliver technical and product trainings for UAEN staff and students. You will assess skills gaps, create engaging materials, and implement e-learning solutions aligned with OEM and NQC standards.

You will administer the LMS, monitor training effectiveness, and mentor staff for regional skills competitions, contributing to quality and safety improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Technical/ Engineering Degree / PG in Automobile or Mechanical.
• Certification in e-learning design or instructional design from reputed institutes
• Strong understanding of instructional design models and adult learning theories.
• Proficiency in e-learning development tools such as Colossyan, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Deliver trainings to technical staff & UAEN students by following OEM & NQC standards.
• Deliver on-the-job trainings to technical staff & UAEN students as per critical operational requirements.
• Deliver Product Knowledge technical trainings.
• Conduct technician skills assessment and recommend solutions for performance gap issues and potential areas of training.
• Conduct UAEN students’ skills assessment and recommend solutions for skills gap as per NQC standards.
• Customize, develop materials, and deliver trainings to address performance gaps such as quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Make recommendations for process improvements.
• Disseminate information, monitor, and communicate on reports.
• Ensure all the required administrative documents and reports related to training and development of are updated.
• Lead in organizing technical skills competitions.
• Coach and mentor selected staff for regional skills competitions.
• Ensure that all facilities and support materials are properly maintained.
• Develop and implement assessment tools to evaluate the skills and performance of technical staff & UAEN students.
• Conduct regular assessments to identify skill gaps and provide targeted training interventions.
• Provide feedback and coaching to technical staff based on assessment results to support their professional development.
• Develop engaging and informative content for training materials, including videos, infographics, and interactive modules aligning with brand guidelines and training objectives.
• Design and implement e-learning modules and microlearning sessions to provide flexible and accessible training solutions.
• Utilize latest e-learning platforms and AI, digital tools to create interactive and engaging learning experiences.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of e-learning and microlearning programs.
• Administration of Learning management System.

Educational Qualification

Work Experience

• Min. 5 years’ work experience, preferably in Automotive Industry / Training.
• Expertise in Product and Technical training for Productive staff & students trainings.

Proven experience in administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) and managing training programs, preferably in the automotive industry.

Initiative for training and self-improvement.

Languages
