Job summary

Acme Services in Dubai is seeking an experienced Business Manager – Cybersecurity to drive growth and profitability of our cybersecurity portfolio across the Middle East.

The ideal candidate has deep exposure to Palo Alto Networks or similar cybersecurity products, with strong channel and IT distribution experience and a proven track record in revenue growth and vendor management. You will lead a team and own budgets and targets.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in Category Management, Product Management, or Business Management.
• Strong exposure to Palo Alto Networks or related cybersecurity products and services.
• Experience in IT distribution and channel partner management.
• Strong understanding of the UAE / Middle East cybersecurity market.
• Proven experience in revenue growth, vendor management, pricing, and margin ownership.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies to drive revenue, market share, and profitability.
• Manage cybersecurity product portfolios, pricing, margins, and promotional activities.
• Build and strengthen relationships with OEMs, vendors, distributors, resellers, and channel partners.
• Drive vendor onboarding, negotiations, business planning, and joint marketing initiatives.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across the ME region.
• Lead and mentor a team of 4–6 product managers.
• Own category budgets, MBOs, revenue targets, and monthly profitability.

We are looking for an experienced Business Manager – Cybersecurity to drive the growth, profitability, and overall business strategy of our cybersecurity portfolio in the Middle East.
