You will oversee daily operations, lead sales and business development efforts, manage the team, maintain service quality, and ensure achievement of business targets while collaborating with group teams for growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in business management, operations, sales, or business development.
• Experience in automotive services, vehicle inspections, or related automotive businesses is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to generate revenue, develop business relationships, and achieve commercial targets.
• Experience managing teams, operational costs, and performance KPIs.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE market experience and an established automotive industry network are advantageous.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Business Manager to take ownership of Verify Buy's business operations, drive revenue growth, expand the customer base, and improve overall business performance within the automotive services and vehicle inspection sector.

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, lead sales and business development initiatives, manage the team, maintain high service quality, and ensure the achievement of business and commercial targets.

Administrative and support functions will be provided by the existing group teams, allowing the Business Manager to focus on business growth, operational efficiency, customer acquisition, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Operations
