Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business/marketing/chemistry related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in perfume/fragrance/cosmetics with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing a P&L and growing business in a competitive market.
• Deep understanding of fragrance trends, consumer behavior and regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for the fragrance division aligned with the companys overall vision and goals.

• Identify new market opportunities consumer trends and competitive dynamics to position the brand as a market leader.

• Drive innovation in product development packaging and marketing to create differentiated fragrance offerings.

Business Development & Sales

• Lead sales planning and forecasting to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Marketing & Brand Management
