Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business/marketing/chemistry related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in perfume/fragrance/cosmetics with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing a P&L and growing business in a competitive market.
• Deep understanding of fragrance trends, consumer behavior and regulatory landscape.
• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate across functions.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive fragrance division strategy aligned with company goals.
• Identify market opportunities, trends, and competitive dynamics to position the brand as market leader.
• Drive product development, packaging, and marketing innovation to differentiate offerings.
• Lead sales planning and forecasting to hit revenue and profitability targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners globally.
• Develop pricing strategies to maximize market share while protecting margins.
• Oversee marketing campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
• Manage P&L for the fragrance unit and ensure cost efficiency.
• Oversee supply chain coordination, inventory management and product launches.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Lead and develop a high-performing cross-functional team.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular reviews.
