Job summary

WinproFX is seeking a senior leader to oversee global business activities and drive growth across international markets.

You will represent the company on a global stage with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders and lead strategic relationships with liquidity providers and institutional clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Forex/CFD brokerage or financial services.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end brokerage operations and business development.
• Proven ability to represent a company with international clients and business partners.
• Strong industry network and understanding of the global Forex/CFD market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Strong leadership and commercial mindset.
• Professional, confident and capable of representing the company independently on a global stage.

• Understand and coordinate key business functions including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Trading, Liquidity and Client Support.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities and drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Work closely with senior management on business strategy, performance and expansion.
• Ensure the company is professionally represented and positioned in the international Forex/CFD market.
