Job summary

Paragon Global Brands is seeking a Business Development Support in Dubai. The role focuses on growing relationships by connecting with senior decision-makers worldwide, with 50% time on the Middle East and 50% on global markets.

You will research markets, identify gaps, and prep meetings for our leadership, all within a flexible working environment. The ideal candidate is creative, personable, growth-minded, based in Dubai, with some BD or sales experience and comfort with CRM and LinkedIn

The role:

A relationship-led role supporting their growth by forming new connections with senior decision-makers across the globe. 50% of your time will be spent on Middle East growth and 50% across global markets.
