• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.

Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including developing partnerships with schools, community organizations, and families. Day-to-day tasks include generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research, managing inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. The specialist will prepare proposals, support marketing initiatives, track performance metrics, and provide feedback on programs and services to improve enrolment and retention. Collaboration with the management and tutoring teams is essential to align business development activities with educational goals and centre values.
