Job summary

Simone's Tutoring in Dubai is seeking an experienced A Level Business Studies tutor to help a student prepare for Cambridge International, Edexcel, AQA, and OCR exams. Sessions are 2 hours, three times weekly, available online or in-person across Dubai.

About the Role

We are urgently seeking an experienced A Level Business Studies tutor to support a student preparing for their exam on 1 September 2026. This role requires an immediate start.

Sessions are 2 hours each, 3 times per week, and can be delivered in-person across Dubai or online. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in A Level Business Studies exam preparation and can help the student consolidate knowledge and build confidence quickly in the time available.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced A Level Business Studies Tutorto support secondary students preparing for Cambridge International (CAIE), Pearson Edexcel, AQA, and OCR A Level Business examinations. You will deliver engaging, student-centred lessons that develop learners' understanding of business concepts, analytical thinking, case study analysis, and examination techniques while helping them achieve outstanding academic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Assess students' academic strengths, learning gaps, and examination readiness

Deliver personalised A Level Business Studies tuition aligned with the student's examination board

Teach business concepts including marketing, finance, operations, human resources, entrepreneurship, and strategic management

Develop students' analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills

Prepare students for coursework (where applicable), assignments, and examinations

Use past papers, mark schemes, and examiner reports to improve exam performance

Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents

Collaborate with Simone's Tutoring team to ensure high-quality educational support

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Business Education, or a related field

MOHRE Tutor Permit or eligibility to obtain

Minimum 2 years' experience teaching or tutoring A Level Business Studies

Strong knowledge of CAIE, Pearson Edexcel, AQA, or OCR Business specifications

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Business, Education, or related discipline

PGCE, teaching licence, or recognised education qualification

Experience teaching IB Business Management or AP Business-related subjects

Familiarity with university admissions requirements for Business programmes

UAE Licensing Requirements

Tutors and educational specialists operating in the UAE are required to hold a valid MOHRE Tutor Permit or equivalent work authorisation. Applicants must hold, or be eligible to obtain, the relevant permit before providing in-person services. Please ensure compliance with UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation regulations.

Additional earnings may be available through workshops, holiday programmes, group classes, and corporate training opportunities.
