Job summary

Young Global in Dubai is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to drive lead generation and client acquisition across multiple sales channels.

You will identify prospects, qualify opportunities, follow up, present services, and maintain the sales pipeline while collaborating with consultants to convert leads into business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, inside sales, tele-sales or lead generation.
• Strong experience in inbound and outbound calling and converting prospects.
• Experience selling or generating leads for tax, accounting, audit, compliance or business setup services.
• Knowledge of Corporate Tax, VAT, E-Invoicing, transfer pricing, internal/external audit.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with decision-makers.
• Sales, negotiation, follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-driven, proactive and results-oriented in lead generation.
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
• UAE market experience in consulting or professional services preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Job description

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team in Dubai. The primary focus of this role is lead generation and client acquisition through inbound and outbound calls and other sales channels.

The candidate will identify and qualify prospects, conduct follow-ups, present relevant services, maintain the sales pipeline, and work closely with consultants to convert leads into business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Tele-Sales, or Lead Generation, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong experience in inbound and outbound calling and converting prospects into qualified leads.
• Prior experience in selling or generating leads for Tax, Accounting, Audit, Compliance, or Business Setup services is highly preferred.
• Knowledge or experience with services such as Corporate Tax, VAT, E-Invoicing, Transfer Pricing, Internal & External Audit, AML, Accounting & Bookkeeping, and Company Formation will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage with decision-makers and understand client requirements.
• Strong sales, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented approach to lead generation and business development.
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales and lead records.
• UAE market experience within the consulting or professional services sector is preferred.
