Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the business development team, including calendar management, scheduling, meeting materials, and travel arrangements.
• Assist in development of proposals and presentations for prospective clients, including research and content creation.
• Maintain and update CRM with leads, prospects, and clients; generate reports and analyze data.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends; provide updates to the team.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain sales collateral; coordinate and participate in events, conferences, and trade shows as required.
• Track proposals and follow up with clients; maintain records of BD activities and communications.
• Assess and streamline BD processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
