Job summary

Exploit3rs Cybersecurity Academy in the UAE seeks a hands-on Business Development & Operations Executive to join our team. The role combines sales, business development, marketing, proposals, event coordination, logistics, and procurement.

You will attend client meetings, follow up on leads, prepare proposals and presentations, support campaigns, coordinate cybersecurity events, and manage supplier relationships to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Valid UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prepare professional proposals and presentations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings, understand requirements, and maintain strong client relationships.

• Handle procurement, including supplier sourcing, quotation comparisons, purchasing, and delivery follow-ups.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain proper follow-up on leads, proposals, tasks, and deadlines.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role combining sales, business development, marketing, proposals, event coordination, logistics, and procurement.

• UAE work experience is preferred.
