Job summary

STAR SERVICES LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager for Student Recruitment in Dubai. The role focuses on attracting students for higher education, building an agency network, and identifying new revenue opportunities through strategic partnerships.

Ideal candidates will have experience in international/local student recruitment, knowledge of online/virtual study programs, and a proven track record in developing relationships with stakeholders and partners in the education sector.

Qualifications

• Experience with international/local student recruitment for Higher Education (≤140 chars)
• Experience in attracting students for admissions in virtual smart universities for online studies
• Established relevant agency network and solid relationships with key stakeholders in similar industry
• Understanding industry trends to inform strategic planning and forecasting
• Experience sourcing agents from fairs, business trips, enquiries, referrals, in general searches

Responsibilities

• Experience with international/local student recruitment for Higher Education.

• Establish and expand agency networks and relationships with stakeholders.
• Research industry trends to inform strategic planning and forecasting.
• Source agents from fairs, business trips, enquiries, referrals, and other searches related to business development.
• Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Support in identifying potential business partners and nurturing client relationships.
• Conduct client research including meetings with key industry players.

• Proven track record of assisting in identifying and supporting developing potential business partners and growing existing client relationships
• Experience performing client research including (but not limited to) meeting/engaging with key players in the industry
